Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Account Use

• You must provide accurate account details and keep your login information secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You may not create fake, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent accounts.
• SocialMediaCircle(SMC) may suspend, restrict, or cancel accounts that violate platform rules or create security risk.

2. Community Rules

• You must not post unlawful, abusive, threatening, pornographic, deceptive, spam, or harassing content.
• You must not use the platform to impersonate another person or mislead other members.
• You must not attempt to scrape, automate, overload, attack, or disrupt the website or its data.
• You must respect the experience and safety of other members while using profiles, feeds, messages, groups, tags, gifts, and game features.

3. Pets Game Terms

• The Pets feature is a social fantasy game only. It does not create any real ownership rights over any person.
• All values, rankings, cash, assets, standings, and related game metrics are virtual and exist only inside the game environment.
• SocialMediaCircle(SMC) may rebalance, reset, adjust, or limit Pets values, bonuses, rankings, formulas, and rewards when needed for platform health or abuse control.
• Use of the Pets game must remain fair. Any attempt to exploit bugs, duplicate rewards, or manipulate rankings may lead to reversal of benefits and account action.

4. Gold, PetCash, Tags, and Gifts

• Gold and PetCash are virtual platform balances. They are not bank deposits, real-money accounts, or transferable property outside SocialMediaCircle(SMC) .
• Tags, gifts, bonuses, and similar interactions may reduce or increase balances according to platform rules and game formulas.
• Hourly bonuses, referral rewards, gift benefits, and similar credits may be limited, adjusted, delayed, blocked, or reversed where abuse, fraud, or system error is detected.
• Virtual balances, purchases, and credits are generally non-refundable except where SocialMediaCircle(SMC) decides that correction is necessary.

5. Referrals and Rewards

• Referral rewards are granted only for genuine signups and valid member activity recognized by the platform.
• Fake referrals, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, misleading promotions, or manipulated traffic may lead to cancellation of rewards and account penalties.
• Referral formulas, reward amounts, and qualification conditions may be updated at any time.
• SocialMediaCircle(SMC) may review, hold, reduce, or remove referral rewards if a signup or reward event appears suspicious or invalid.

6. User Content and Uploaded Media

• You keep responsibility for the text, photos, links, and other content you upload or post.
• By posting content, you allow SocialMediaCircle(SMC) to store, display, process, resize, optimize, and use that content as required to operate the service.
• You must only upload content that you have the right to use.
• SocialMediaCircle(SMC) may remove content that breaks these terms, creates legal risk, or harms platform integrity.

7. Privacy, Security, and Monitoring

• SocialMediaCircle(SMC) may log IP addresses, browser data, session activity, referral records, support requests, and security events to protect the platform.
• Private content and account activity may be reviewed where necessary for abuse prevention, fraud checks, support handling, legal compliance, or security investigation.
• You must not try to bypass rate limits, CSRF protections, login controls, or other security features.

8. Suspension, Cancellation, and Account Closure

• SocialMediaCircle(SMC) may suspend or cancel accounts for breach of these terms, fraud, abuse, security threats, or operational reasons.
• If you cancel your account, profile data and related activity may be disabled, anonymized, hidden, or removed according to platform rules.
• Past game actions, referrals, wall entries, and virtual balances may remain in system records where needed for integrity, moderation, audits, or dispute handling.

9. Availability and Changes

• SocialMediaCircle(SMC) may change, pause, remove, or redesign any feature, page, reward system, game mechanic, or route at any time.
• The service is provided on an as-available basis without any guarantee of uninterrupted uptime or error-free operation.
• We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised version.
