Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Account Use

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.
• You may not create fake, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent accounts.
• SocialMediaCircle (SMC) may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate platform rules or pose a security risk.

2. Community Rules

• You must not post unlawful, abusive, threatening, pornographic, deceptive, spam, or harassing content.
• You must not impersonate another person or intentionally mislead other SMCians.
• You must not scrape, automate, overload, attack, or interfere with the platform or its services.
• You must respect the experience and safety of all SMCians while using profiles, timelines, messages, groups, tags, gifts, Treasure Runs, and SMCVerse features.

3. SMCVerse Terms

• SMCVerse is a virtual social investment game created solely for entertainment purposes. It does not grant ownership or legal rights over any real person.
• All LTP (Last Traded Price), Wealth, Capital, SMCX balances, Portfolio values, Leaderboards, and other game statistics are entirely virtual and exist only within SocialMediaCircle.
• SocialMediaCircle (SMC) may rebalance, reset, modify, or limit SMCVerse formulas, LTP calculations, Wealth, SMCX, Capital, bonuses, rewards, and leaderboards whenever necessary for platform stability, fairness, or abuse prevention.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, manipulate investments, duplicate rewards, inflate LTP, or gain unfair leaderboard positions may result in reversal of benefits, account restrictions, or permanent suspension.

4. SMCX, Capital, Tags & Gifts

• SMCX and Capital are virtual platform currencies. They are not bank deposits, real-money accounts, cryptocurrencies, securities, or transferable property outside SocialMediaCircle.
• Tags, gifts, Treasure Runs, bonuses, and platform activities may increase or decrease your virtual balances according to SMCVerse rules.
• Referral rewards, hourly bonuses, Treasure Run rewards, gifts, promotional credits, and similar benefits may be limited, adjusted, delayed, blocked, or reversed where abuse, fraud, or system errors are detected.
• Virtual balances, SMCX purchases, Capital, and platform credits are generally non-refundable except where SocialMediaCircle determines that an adjustment or correction is necessary.

5. Referrals & Rewards

• Referral rewards are granted only for genuine registrations and valid SMCian activity recognized by the platform.
• Fake referrals, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, misleading promotions, or manipulated traffic may result in cancellation of rewards and account penalties.
• Referral formulas, qualification requirements, and reward amounts may change at any time.
• SocialMediaCircle (SMC) may review, hold, reduce, or remove referral rewards if suspicious or invalid activity is detected.

6. User Content & Uploaded Media

• You remain responsible for all text, images, videos, links, and other content you upload or publish.
• By posting content, you grant SocialMediaCircle (SMC) permission to store, display, process, optimize, resize, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the platform.
• You must only upload content that you own or have legal permission to use.
• SocialMediaCircle (SMC) may remove any content that violates these Terms, creates legal risk, or harms platform integrity.

7. Privacy, Security & Monitoring

• SocialMediaCircle (SMC) may record IP addresses, browser information, sessions, referrals, device information, support requests, and security events to protect the platform.
• Account activity and private content may be reviewed where necessary for fraud prevention, abuse investigations, support requests, legal compliance, or security purposes.
• You must not attempt to bypass security controls, authentication systems, rate limits, CSRF protection, or any other security mechanisms.

8. Suspension & Account Closure

• SocialMediaCircle (SMC) may suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, cheating, security threats, or violations of these Terms.
• If you close your account, your profile, Portfolio, timeline, and related activity may be disabled, anonymized, hidden, or removed in accordance with platform policies.
• Historical investments, Portfolio records, referrals, timelines, Treasure Runs, and virtual balances may be retained where required for audits, dispute resolution, moderation, or system integrity.

9. Availability & Platform Changes

• SocialMediaCircle (SMC) may modify, redesign, suspend, or permanently remove any feature, SMCVerse mechanic, formula, reward system, page, or service without prior notice.
• The platform is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
• These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of SocialMediaCircle after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
