Effective date: March 24, 2026. This page explains how SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC) handles requests from courts, law-enforcement agencies, regulators, government authorities, and other authorized legal bodies.
SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC) is a social, gaming, and entertainment platform. It is not a dating service. We may disclose information when required or permitted by applicable law and through valid legal procedures.
1. Types of Legal Requests

- Transaction and payment-related records.
- SMCVerse and SMCX activity records where retained.
- Relevant messages, content, or community activity where legally available.
- Other records that SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC) is legally required or permitted to maintain and disclose.
The availability and retention period of information varies by data type, technical systems, applicable law, and the circumstances of the request.
4. We Do Not Guarantee Availability of Historical Data
SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC) cannot guarantee that every historical record will remain available indefinitely. Information may be deleted, anonymized, aggregated, or otherwise removed according to our retention practices, technical processes, account deletion procedures, and applicable law.
5. Emergency Requests
Where an authorized authority represents that information is necessary to address an immediate threat of death or serious physical harm, SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC) may evaluate the request on an expedited basis and may disclose information where permitted or required by applicable law.
6. Child Safety & Serious Harm
SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC) takes reports involving child exploitation, abuse, serious threats, and other significant safety concerns seriously. We may preserve or disclose relevant information when required or permitted by applicable law.
7. Preservation Requests
An authorized authority may request preservation of specific information while pursuing appropriate legal process. Where a preservation request is valid and applicable, SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC) may preserve relevant information for the period permitted or required by law.
8. Requests Must Identify the Relevant Account or Information
Legal requests should provide sufficient information to identify the account or records being requested, such as:
- SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC) username.
- Registered email address, where known.
- Relevant profile or account identifier.
- Specific date or date range.
- Description of the records requested.
- Applicable legal authority or case reference.
9. User Notification
Where legally permitted, SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC) may notify an affected SMCian when information is requested by a legal authority. We may not provide notice where prohibited by law, where an applicable legal process requires confidentiality, or where notification could create a safety or investigation risk.
10. Protection of Other SMCians
SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC) may take reasonable steps to protect the privacy and security of SMCians when responding to legal requests. We may challenge, limit, or seek clarification of a request where appropriate and legally permissible.
11. International Requests
SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC) may have SMCians located in different countries. International legal requests may be subject to the laws and procedures applicable to the requesting authority, SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC), and the relevant information. Additional legal procedures may be required for cross-border requests.
12. Requests From Private Individuals
A private individual generally cannot obtain another SMCian's private account information merely by asking SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC). Requests for another person's information must have an appropriate legal basis or authorization where required.
13. Privacy Requests
Requests from SMCians concerning their own personal information should generally be submitted through our Data Deletion / Privacy Requests procedure rather than through this legal-request process.
14. Account Restrictions & Legal Requests
SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC) may restrict or suspend an account where required by law, pursuant to a valid legal order, or where necessary to protect users, investigate serious abuse, prevent fraud, or maintain platform security.
15. SMCVerse & SMCX Records
SMCVerse is a gaming and entertainment feature of SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC). Records relating to Pets, SMCians, SMCX, Gifts, referrals, game activity, transactions, and other platform features may be retained and disclosed where legally required or permitted.
16. Fraud & Security Investigations
SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC) may cooperate with authorized investigations involving account compromise, payment fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, malicious activity, or other serious security matters where required or permitted by law.
17. How Authorities Can Contact Us
Authorized authorities should submit legal requests through the appropriate official contact channel and provide sufficient documentation supporting the request.
General user complaints or account-support requests should be submitted through Contact & Support .
18. No Guarantee of Disclosure
SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC) does not automatically disclose information merely because a request is submitted. Disclosure depends on the validity of the request, applicable law, the information available, and the legal authority supporting the request.
