Grievance / Complaints
Effective date: March 24, 2026. This page explains how SMCians can report complaints, safety concerns, abusive behavior, content violations, account issues, payment problems, and other concerns relating to SocialMediaCircle (SMC).
We encourage users to report genuine concerns so that SocialMediaCircle can review issues and take appropriate action where necessary.
1. What You Can Report
You may contact us regarding concerns including:
- Harassment, threats, abusive behavior, or targeted unwanted activity.
- Spam, scams, fraudulent activity, or suspicious accounts.
- Content that may violate our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.
- Account access, security, suspension, or profile-related problems.
- Unauthorized or suspicious activity involving your account.
- Problems involving Gifts, Gold, SMCX, referrals, rewards, or other platform features.
- Problems involving SMCVerse gameplay or suspected manipulation of game systems.
- Privacy concerns or requests involving personal information.
- Child-safety concerns or content involving minors.
- Copyright or other lawful content complaints.
- Technical problems that materially affect your use of SocialMediaCircle.
2. How to Submit a Complaint
You can submit a complaint through Contact & Support or email: support(@)socialmediacircle.com .
Please provide enough information for us to understand the issue and investigate it effectively.
3. Information to Include
Where applicable, please include:
- Your SocialMediaCircle username or registered email address.
- The username or profile involved in the complaint.
- A clear description of the issue.
- The approximate date and time of the incident.
- The relevant page, profile, group, transaction, or feature.
- Screenshots or other supporting information where appropriate.
- Any transaction or reference information relevant to a payment or reward complaint.
Do not send your password, authentication codes, payment card numbers, or other sensitive credentials in a complaint.
4. How We Review Complaints
- We may review the information supplied with the complaint and relevant account or platform records.
- Where necessary, we may review messages, profile activity, transactions, rewards, game activity, or other relevant records.
- We may contact the reporting user for additional information.
- We may take action where a complaint is supported by available evidence and falls within our policies or applicable requirements.
- Some matters may require additional investigation before a decision can be made.
5. Possible Actions
Depending on the circumstances, SocialMediaCircle may:
- Remove or restrict content.
- Restrict specific account features.
- Correct technical or account-related errors.
- Review or correct rewards or game records affected by abuse or technical problems.
- Issue warnings or other account restrictions.
- Suspend an account.
- Cancel an account in serious or repeated cases.
- Take other reasonable steps necessary to protect SMCians and platform integrity.
6. Complaints About Other Users
When reporting another SMCian, provide factual information about the conduct you are reporting. We may review available evidence before taking action. We do not guarantee that every complaint will result in an account restriction or removal of content.
7. Urgent Safety Concerns
If you believe there is an immediate threat to someone's physical safety, contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement authority in your location.
You may also contact SocialMediaCircle regarding the related platform activity so that we can review the matter within the scope of our services.
8. Child Safety Complaints
SocialMediaCircle requires users to be at least 25 years old. We take child-safety concerns seriously. If you encounter content or activity involving a minor that may violate our policies or applicable law, report it immediately through Contact & Support .
9. Privacy Complaints
If your complaint concerns personal information, privacy, account data, or a data request, please identify the nature of the request clearly. Privacy-related matters may also be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection procedures.
10. Payment & Billing Complaints
For payment, billing, Gold, Gifts, subscriptions, or other transaction-related complaints, provide the relevant transaction details and registered account information. Do not include complete payment-card numbers or passwords in your complaint.
11. SMCVerse Complaints
SMCVerse is a gaming and entertainment feature within SocialMediaCircle. If you believe a game action, reward, profile activity, ranking, transaction, or other gameplay record is incorrect or has been affected by a technical issue or abuse, provide the relevant details so the activity can be reviewed.
12. False or Abusive Complaints
- Do not knowingly submit false complaints against another SMCian.
- Do not use the complaint process to harass, threaten, intimidate, or retaliate against another user.
- Repeated abuse of the reporting system may result in account restrictions.
13. Confidentiality
We handle complaints with reasonable care and may limit access to complaint information to people who need it for support, safety, security, investigation, legal compliance, or platform operations. Information may be disclosed where required or permitted by applicable law.
14. Response Times
We aim to review complaints within a reasonable period. Response times may vary depending on the complexity, urgency, evidence available, technical investigation required, and volume of requests. Some matters may require additional time or information.
15. Appeals & Further Review
If you disagree with an account or content decision, you may contact us with the relevant details and explain why you believe the decision should be reviewed. Where an applicable appeal process exists, we may direct you to the appropriate procedure.
16. Legal Requests
Requests from law-enforcement authorities, courts, regulators, or other authorized bodies are handled according to applicable law and our Law Enforcement / Legal Requests procedure.

18. Changes to This Procedure
SocialMediaCircle may update this grievance and complaints procedure when platform features, safety practices, operational procedures, or legal requirements change. The updated version becomes effective when published on this page unless otherwise stated.
