Child Safety / Age Policy

1. Minimum Age Requirement

• You must be at least 25 years old to create or use a SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC) account.
• You must provide accurate information regarding your age when required by the platform.
• You must not create an account on behalf of a person who does not meet the minimum age requirement.
• Parents, guardians, or other adults must not create or operate a SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC) account for a person under 25.
• SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC) may restrict or cancel accounts that do not meet the minimum age requirement.

2. SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC) Is Not a Dating Service

SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC) is a social, gaming, and entertainment platform. It is not designed or operated as a dating service. Profiles, social interactions, groups, messages, Gifts, Pets, SMCVerse features, and other community functionality should not be interpreted as providing a dating or matchmaking service.

3. Child Safety

SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC) does not permit children or persons under 25 to maintain accounts on the platform.

• Accounts belonging to users under 25 may be restricted or cancelled.
• Content involving the sexual exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited.
• Sexualized content involving minors is strictly prohibited.
• Attempts to solicit, exploit, groom, threaten, or otherwise harm a minor through SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC) are prohibited.
• Users must not use SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC) to facilitate exploitation or abuse of minors.

4. Prohibited Child-Safety Content

The following content or activity is prohibited regardless of whether it is presented as real, fictional, edited, generated, joking, or otherwise:

• Child sexual abuse material.
• Sexualized images or videos of minors.
• Sexual solicitation involving minors.
• Sexual conversations directed toward minors.
• Content encouraging or facilitating the exploitation of minors.
• Instructions intended to facilitate the sexual exploitation of minors.
• Attempts to arrange or facilitate harmful contact with minors.

5. Accounts & Age Verification

SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC) may use account information, security systems, reports, or other reasonable measures to enforce the minimum age requirement. Where an account is reasonably suspected of belonging to a person under 25, access may be restricted while the matter is reviewed.

6. Reporting a Child-Safety Concern

If you encounter content or activity that may involve the exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of a minor, report it immediately through Contact & Support or email: support(@)socialmediacircle.com .

Provide the relevant username, profile, page, group, message, or other information that can help us locate and review the reported activity.

7. Do Not Share Child-Safety Material

Do not send prohibited images, videos, or other illegal material to SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC) support unless specifically requested through an appropriate legal or safety process. When reporting a concern, provide identifying information about the content or account where possible rather than unnecessarily redistributing prohibited material.

8. Action We May Take

SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC) may take immediate action where necessary to protect users or platform safety.

• Remove or restrict reported content.
• Restrict account features.
• Temporarily suspend an account.
• Cancel an account.
• Preserve relevant records where appropriate.
• Investigate related accounts or activity.
• Make reports or disclosures to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.

9. Cooperation With Authorities

SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC) may cooperate with authorized law-enforcement, child-protection, regulatory, or judicial authorities where required or permitted by applicable law. Requests for information are handled according to our Law Enforcement / Legal Requests procedure.

10. Users Who Reach the Minimum Age

A person who reaches the age of 25 may create an account subject to the normal SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC) registration requirements, Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and other applicable policies.

11. SMCVerse & Child Safety

SMCVerse is a gaming and entertainment feature within SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC). Participation in SMCVerse, including Pets, SMCX, Gifts, Treasure, rankings, and other game features, is subject to the same minimum age requirement of 25 years and the applicable SMCVerse rules.

12. No Tolerance for Exploitation

SocialMediaCircle.com (SMC) does not tolerate the exploitation, sexual abuse, grooming, trafficking, or intentional endangerment of minors through its platform. Serious violations may result in immediate account cancellation and referral to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

13. False Reports

Child-safety reports are treated seriously. Users must not knowingly submit false reports to harass, threaten, retaliate against, or improperly restrict another SMCian. Abuse of the reporting process may result in account restrictions.
