The Community Guidelines define the expected standards of behaviour for all SMCians. They help keep SocialMediaCircle welcoming, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone.
Every SMCian must follow the Community Guidelines while using SocialMediaCircle, including profiles, messaging, Timeline, Groups, Tags, Gifts, and SMCVerse.
Treat every SMCian with respect. Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, discrimination, and abusive behaviour are not permitted.
Content that is illegal, abusive, violent, pornographic, fraudulent, deceptive, spam, or infringes intellectual property rights is prohibited.
No. Creating fake accounts, duplicate accounts, impersonating another person, or using misleading identities is prohibited.
No. Sending unsolicited advertisements, repetitive messages, mass invitations, or other spam is not allowed.
No. Fake referrals, self-referrals, automated registrations, or attempts to manipulate referral rewards are prohibited.
Attempting to exploit bugs, manipulate Wealth, Capital, LTP, Portfolio values, Treasure Runs, or any other SMCVerse feature is prohibited.
No. Automated scripts, bots, macros, scraping tools, or other software that interacts with SocialMediaCircle without permission are prohibited.
Only upload content that you own or have permission to use. Respect the intellectual property rights of others.
Yes. If you encounter abusive behaviour or content that violates these guidelines, report it using the available reporting tools or contact Support.
Violations may result in warnings, content removal, temporary restrictions, suspension, permanent account termination, or other enforcement actions.
Yes. Content that violates the Community Guidelines or Terms of Service may be removed without prior notice.
Advertising, promotions, and business activities must comply with current platform rules. Unsolicited advertising and spam are not permitted.
Be respectful, encourage others, report abuse, share meaningful content, and contribute positively to the SocialMediaCircle community.
Yes. SocialMediaCircle may update the Community Guidelines as new features are introduced or platform requirements evolve.
If you believe moderation action was taken in error, you may contact Support and request a review of the decision.
The Community Guidelines help protect SMCians, encourage fair participation, and maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for everyone.
